I find that golf relaxes people. Although you are still in competition, the game is not competitive because you are basically playing by yourself unlike with basketball when you have to stop an opponent. With golf, your worst enemy is yourself. Thus, when we want to treat clients, my company often turns to La Manga golf holidays for some pleasure, mixed with business.

Recently, we treated a group of Chinese clients to a golf holiday at the La Manga Club Resort in Murcia, Spain. We stayed there for about three days and played some games of golf. It was really fun.  A La Manga golf holiday is perfect because you have everything you need within reach. First, you have a world-class golf course, where international tournaments are often held. Then, you have a caddy service that is just superb. Third, you can hire tutors who will help your friends learn the game in just a few tries. Fourth, you have spa and swimming pools that you can go to after a tiring game. And last, you have restaurants that you can treat yourself afterwards. Everything was in La Manga.

I, for one, love spa holidays and massage. I am not getting younger and though I have been playing golf for a decade now, my muscles are still not used to the game. After every game, I love to have some form of massage to ease all the aches and pains. Of course, we also treated our clients to a spa and massage. They liked it too.

All in all, it is one great golf holiday and from the signed contract on my desk a few days after, our clients thought so too.
